The focus areas of our projects are:
Gender Equality & Mainstreaming; We promote gender equality through non-formal education and game-based learning, ensuring equal opportunities for all
Inclusion & Diversity; We foster inclusive education and co-creation methodologies for diverse groups, including people with disabilities, NEETs, Seniors, people with health problems (eg. dementia), to meet their needs and aspirations
Entrepreneurship & Quality Employment; We empower young people, NEETs, and adults, including the disadvantaged ones, to develop entrepreneurial skills or/and access quality employment
Active Citizenship; We provide inclusive educational opportunities for diverse groups promoting democratic participation
Human Rights & EU Values and History; We emphasise on promoting human rights and EU values, fostering dignity, equality, and respect for all
Mental Health & Wellbeing; We create supportive environments to foster resilience and wellbeing
Environment & Green Skills; We equip individuals & communities with green skills and environmental awareness through interactive learning promoting 17SDGs
Personal & Professional Development; Through non-formal approaches and game-based learning we empower individuals, from students to professionals, to develop skills for growth and success
STEAM & ICT; We engage students, with these topics and a focus on gender equality, fostering their skills to thrive in a technology-driven world
Intergenerational Learning; Through cross-sectoral approaches, we encourage collaboration between generations, fostering mutual understanding and shared knowledge
OUR ACTIVITIES include:
-Research and development of methodologies of formal, non-formal education and informal education to tackle social, educational and environmental problems
-Development of tools for synchronous and asynchronous learning for making education more effective, entertaining and motivating
-Raise awareness, inspire and motivate individuals and communities supporting the 17SDGs through advocacy campaigns, events, festivals, workshops, dialogs,seminars, etc and diverse channels online and offline

SHE – Society for Help and Empowerment is a Thessaloniki-based nonprofit organization, dedicated to empowering women through education, awareness, psychological support, and advocacy for gender equality. It offers free workshops, discussions, and community events on topics such as empowerment, entrepreneurship, gender-based violence, and self-esteem. Flagship projects include SHE Talks About, a series highlighting women’s professional journeys; SHE Runs, a book club exploring gender and identity; and collaborations like WWF’s Adopt a Beach initiative. Targeting young, professional, and transitional-phase women, including survivors of violence, SHE fosters leadership, solidarity, and social impact while maintaining strong community engagement and partnerships at local and national levels. The main activities of the organization include:
– Conducting training and educational programs on gender equality and empowerment.
– Building a community by organizing events and activities that bring together women from diverse backgrounds and
promote solidarity and collaboration.
– Awareness-raising campaigns on issues such as gender-based violence, discrimination, and women’s rights.
– Participation in shaping policies related to women’s empowerment and the protection of women’s rights.
– Supporting women who have experienced gender-based violence and are seeking empowerment.
– Raising awareness and providing information on the importance of body positivity and self-esteem.
– Offering psychological support and counseling to women facing challenges such as violence and social isolation.

The National Business Development Network (NBDN) is an association of 42 business centres and business incubators established under the JOBS project, with the support of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Bulgaria and the local municipalities.
Its mission is to create a new entrepreneurial culture, to improve the standard of living through various forms of support for the development of small and medium businesses and ensuring greater employment opportunities in the rural and lagging behind areas of Bulgaria.
NBDN supports its members in the design and management of international projects in the areas of employment encouragement, increasing the competitiveness of the Small and medium-sized enterprises in the country, professional training and re-qualification in the fields of tourism, agriculture, protection of the environment, etc.
It offers high quality services that empower entrepreneurship and local economies, improve citizens’ quality of life and preserves and promotes the local, regional and national cultural and natural heritage.
The NBDN also has its Vocational Training Center (VTC), which was established in 2003 as a training entity to provide vocational training and is licensed by the National Agency for Vocational Education and Training.
